Jay Reynolds

Jay is an energy industry veteran with experience spanning physical trading, infrastructure development, and investment.

Prior to ZAM, he co-founded Zenith Energy and served as Chief Commercial Officer, leading origination, M&A, and commercial execution across the network.

Before that, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of LUKOIL Pan Americas, a physical oil trading business spanning North and South America. He has developed energy infrastructure projects across the value chain, served on the boards of private energy infrastructure companies, and advised investment firms on transaction strategy and execution.
